Like this delicacies sooooooo muchhhh since childhood, one of my favourite dishes at home.
It made me recall my babbysitter who looked after since I born until standard three.
She is such a good babbysitter, always cook healthy and glorious foods for me, treated me so well like her own daughter.
I miss her soooo much and I really appreciate her graciousness every single time I think of her and I still always visit her whole family during CNY every year.
So today, I refer to some recipe about cooking chicken, and addding on my some of my own creativity, not too bad overall.
One of the difficulties of this dish is CHOKING the Chicken, tremedous strength is needed to CHOP IT!

材料:
鸡腿
调料:蚝油、葱、姜、蒜、香葱、冬菇丝,八角、料酒、黑酱油、花椒。
做法:
1、将鸡腿洗净剁大块,放进碗中加、绍酒、盐、胡椒粉、腌渍入底味。
2、葱切段、姜切片、蒜头切开。
3、锅做热,放油烧热至4、5成。
4、放入腌渍入味的鸡块略煎。
5、不断翻动让鸡块煎至金黄色。
6、放入葱、姜、蒜、八角、花椒,冬菇丝炒出香味。
7、加蚝油翻炒。
8、加少许的水。
9、大火烧开改为中火继续烧制。盖锅焖5分钟。
10、待汤汁略微少了可以加一点盐调味,如果颜色浅可以稍加一点黑酱油。
11、勾欠汁。(1太白粉:3水)
12、最后撒上香葱末即可出锅了。
